However, in no event will The Language Corner Limited be liable for any 
indirect, incidental, economic or consequential loss arising out of the use of 
the services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, 
business. goodwill, data, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss. In 
addition, no responsibility can be taken by The Language Corner Limited
for the following:
- a document or its text may be lost or damaged in transmission over the 
internet
- the confidentiality of a document transmitted over the internet may be
breached
